❌ Need to Cancel or Change Something?

Plans change, and we completely understand. If you need to update or cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel: Send an email titled "Cancel My Order" To fix your shipping address: Reach out within the same 24 hour window

After your order has been handed off to the carrier, we're no longer able to stop or redirect it, so the earlier you message us, the smoother it'll be.
