Every Cruiseys order is the result of a thoughtful choice, and we think the path from our studio to your doorstep should carry that same thoughtfulness. Our fulfillment process is built on three promises we hold ourselves to: care in preparation, clarity in communication, and consistency in every step.
Here's exactly what happens once you hit checkout.
🕒 From Order to Dispatch
Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days of purchase.
Within that window, your order goes through:
- A hands on quality check to make sure every detail is right
- Careful, protective packaging designed to keep your piece safe in transit
- A last look before it's passed over to our shipping partners
The unboxing moment shouldn't feel like an afterthought, so we give just as much attention to how your order arrives as we do to what's inside.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
🇺🇸 United States Orders Shipped through reliable couriers such as USPS and FedEx Estimated to arrive: 15 to 20 business days after dispatch
🌍 International Orders Estimated to arrive: 15 to 30 business days, based on your country and the local delivery network
Occasionally, these timelines can be affected by customs processing, peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or larger shipping slowdowns. When something outside our control affects your order, we'll reach out and keep you updated.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on the move, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

❌ Making Changes or Cancelling
Need to adjust something? Please get in touch within 24 hours of your purchase, and we'll do everything we can to help.

For a quicker response, use one of these subject lines:

A quick note: once your order has been handed to the carrier, we're unable to cancel it or change where it's going.
🚪 Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Most couriers will attempt delivery up to two times before returning the parcel to their hub.
If your package is sent back to us because delivery wasn't successful:
- A reshipping fee may be required for us to send it again
- We'll always reach out to confirm before sending it back out
To avoid this, please take a moment at checkout to verify your shipping details, and make sure someone will be around to receive the parcel on the delivery day.
💫 Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If your order shows up damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll sort it out straight away.
Send us an email with:
- Your order number
- A few clear photos of the issue
Once we've confirmed the details, a free replacement will be on its way as quickly as possible. No forms. No friction. Just a fix.
